​In 2020, I founded Tula, a holistic health practice. “Tula” means balance in Sanskrit—reflecting my belief that health is not perfection or quick fixes, but harmony between mind, body, spirit, and nourishment.

My education, training, and philosophy combine meditation, mindfulness, and energy medicine with formal credentials in Medical Assisting, Integrative Nutrition, Herbalism, and a Master’s in Public Health.

Joanna
I believe that food is medicine and nourishment is deeply personal—wellness comes from understanding the unique needs of each individual.

My education and training include a Masters degree in Nutrition Science, certification in Integrative Nutrition, and hands-on experience in counseling clients to create sustainable, balanced eating habits that support long-term health. I combine evidence-based nutrition guidance with mindfulness and practical strategies to help clients feel empowered, energized, and in control of their wellness journey.

Yuilia
I believe movement is medicine—not just for the body, but for the mind and spirit. Whether through strength training or mindful yoga, I guide people to reconnect with their bodies, release stress, and cultivate balance.

My education and training include certifications in yoga, functional fitness, and group exercise. I specialize in designing practices that are both grounding and energizing, tailored to meet individuals where they are. My approach blends mindful movement with evidence-based techniques, helping clients build strength, improve flexibility, and restore resilience in their daily lives.

Melissa
I believe cooking is one of the most powerful ways to care for our health. Food should not only taste good but also fuel the body, mind, and spirit.
